Group Pushing Posititives Of Sales Tax Ballot Measure

South Dakota voters will get a chance in November to decide on a one cent sales tax increase. Initiated Measure 15 was placed on the ballot by a coalition of education and health care groups, and the money, estimated at about one hundred fifty million dollars a year, would be split evenly.  Andy Wiese of “Moving South Dakota Forward”, says they have clear goals for the money…
