The weak trend in state taxes is continuing, according to South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard.
Daugaard says taxes are below projections, even after the legislature made changes to this years budget.
Daugaard says despite the lower trend, it is only a small percentage over all.
Those sales tax trends will play a major part in the budget plan that Daugaard will give the legislature in December.
