The Government Operations and Audit Committee of the South Dakota legislature has a two-day meeting scheduled in Sioux Falls tomorrow and Friday.
A major portion of the agenda will again deal with the GEAR UP program, and suggested changes to similar grant programs.

Governor Dennis Daugaard said the committee was over reaching its authority, Hunhoff disagrees.
Hunhoff says the committee will also discuss proposed legislation dealing with oversight and administration of grant programs.
The committee will also discuss the system used to determine state aid to schools.
