Gibson Still Opposed To Rules Passed On 85 Octane Gas

The Rules Review Committee of the South Dakota legislature has approved the sale of 85 octane gas in parts of the state, for now.  The lower octane gas has been sold in western parts of the state for years, but was apparently not legal under current state law. The sale of the gas will now be restricted to nine counties in and near the Black Hills. The committee passed the rules on a four to two vote.
