After months of campaigning, debates and political ads, South Dakota voters will finally make their choices today.
South Dakota will elect a new governor and U.S. congressman, as well as an Attorney General, Auditor, Treasurer and Secretary of State. Races for Commissioner of School and Public Lands and Public Utilities Commissioner are also on the ballot.
Voters in District 22 will choose between incumbent state senator Jim White and challenger Eric Bliss. The candidates for state house are incumbents Roger Chase and Bob Glanzer and Tyler Volesky.
Voters will also vote on two initiated measures and constitutional amendments.
Polls are open today from 7am-7pm.
