Georgia Newspaper Accuse South Dakota Schools Of Cheating

A scandal involving the Atlanta public schools and manipulation of standardized test scores led the Atlanta Journal Constitution newspaper to look at scores nationwide, and the report made allegations of cheating in South Dakota. Other districts that were mentioned as having some abnormal test scores were Aberdeen, Huron, Rapid City and Sioux Falls.
