General Mills will convert 34-thousand acres – more than 50 square miles – to organic Wheat production.
The giant wheat farm – Gunsmoke Farms – will be one of the largest organic operations in the nation, when it’s fully operational in 2020.
General Mills will use wheat grown on the farm to make Annie’s pasta products, including its signature Mac and Cheese.
