The gas tax will go up six cents a gallon, license plates for most cars will go up twenty percent, commercial vehicle registrations will increase, and counties will have the option to raise wheel taxes up to five dollars a wheel. Taxes and fees will go up about eighty five million dollars over the next two years. The speed limit on both interestates will go up by five miles per hour
