GANN VALLEY, S.D. (AP) – A South Dakota woman accused of beating a 4-year-old child to death because he wet his pants is facing additional charges in the case. 22-year-old Donika Gonzales, of Gann Valley, appeared in court Tuesday on one count of second-degree murder, two alternative counts of first-degree manslaughter, and one count of aggravated assault. Gonzalez was originally charged with felony child abuse after arrest on Feb. 22.
