Ft. Thompson Man Guilty Of Assaulting Federal Officers

A Fort Thompson man pleaded guilty to assaulting a Federal Officer. 18-year-old Partrick Wind made the guilty plea on February 8th before US District Judge Roberto Lange. Last August BIA Crow Creek Agency officers Jamie Burdick and Molanna Clifford were attempting to detain Wind when he began to resist, impeded and interfere with their efforts, including spitting in the officers faces. Wind could face up to a year in prison when he is sentenced on April 2nd
