The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a Freeze Warning…Which is in effect from 1 AM to 9 AM Central Daylight Time Tuesday. The Freeze Watch is no longer in effect. Widespread sub freezing temperatures can be expected late tonight into early Tuesday morning. Temperatures will drop to 25 to 30 degrees and will likely persist for several hours. A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or highly likely. These conditions will kill crops amd other sensitive vegetation. Meanwhile RED FLAG WARNINGS continue during the day today for extremely dangerous grass fire conditions
