Minnesota uses the Wednesday one-P-M siren test state-wide. County emergency managers in Iowa and South Dakota agreed to take the idea to their respective superiors. As for elimination of the Wind Chill Advisory, that may become a pilot project this winter for weather service offices in Upper Midwest. A follow-up workshop is tentatively planned for this fall.
