South Dakota National Guard Adjutant General Tim Reisch says the new Readiness Training Center at Watertown is getting close to being fully operational:

In addition to classrooms the new facility also has an auditorium and administrative space as well as an area to store military vehicles. Ribbon Cutton ceremonies are planned for September during the monthly training drills, with Governor DAUGAARD officiating.
