It appears that Congress may run into a budget roadblock this week in their rush to adjourn for the year. Negotiations over a one point one trillion dollar budget deal are pretty much at a dead halt as republicans and democrats scuffle over related policy issues. The current government funding bill runs out this Friday, and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy says an agreement is unlikely by then.
