The feds have put out a preliminary report on the Keystone oil pipeline spill in Marshall County.
The agency says a breach on top of the line caused the leak.
Speculation is that one of the “saddles” to keep the pipe from floating in marshy ground is the culprit.
Also, the feds say that probably less than 210-thousand gallons of oil spilled.
However, they don’t say how much less in the report.
