The modification hearing took place Tuesday via Interactive Television with Fajardo and his lawyer appearing from a room at the State Penitentiary. Fajardo was originally sentenced on August 17th of 2012 to a total of 225 years in prison with 125 years of that to run concurrently and 100 years to run consecutively.
