Executive Session Leds To Termination For City Employee, Threats Of Legal Action By Union

AFSCME Council 59 Executive Director Matt Miller represented Skorhiem and Larson during the closed door portions of the marathon meeting and says the employees union will look at possible legal action against the city…

Because of the nature of personnel items during executive session, there is little city officials are allowed to comment on, but Miller did attempt to explain what brought on the executive session…

Miller says the Union is disappointed with the outcome and the City’s decision is likely to cost taxpayers in Huron quote “a lot of money” end-quote.
