Finishing up electrical projects on the fairgrounds top the off-season to-do list for the South Dakota State Fair.
State Fair manager Peggy Besch says some of the buildings and livestock barns are getting upgrades.
Besch says the changes in the barns reflect the changing needs of livestock exhibitors.
The fair is also taking steps to make buildings more energy efficient with the addition of LED lights.
