Dakota Wesleyan University has announced its 2017 fall enrollment and it’s another record for the school
DWU’s enrollment this year is at 918 students, which is up 18 from last year’s record. The university also welcomed a record 274 new students – which includes 196 traditional freshmen, which is a 13 percent increase from last year’s count of 174.
This year also saw 78 transfer students and 162 students enrolled in online programs, including the RN-Bachelor of Science in nursing degree, the Bachelor of Arts-business degree, and the Master of Arts in Education and Master of Business Administration degrees.
Not included in the 918 are an additional 99 high school students who are enrolled in dual-credit courses at DWU.
