Dry Conditions Could Continue in Parts of Montana and the Dakotas Next Year

Parts of Montana and the Dakotas suffered through major drought conditions this year, and one outlook doesn’t offer much hope for next year.

Along with a La Nina expected late this year into next, the drought outlook through the end of the year calls for continued dry conditions in Montana and much of the Dakotas.
