Work inside and out on the DEX continues on the SD State Fairgrounds. One thing that will come after the fair is permanent bleachers as we hear from Peggy Besch manager of the SD State Fair.
Besch said their is limited need for bleachers during the fair.
Grand opening of the Dex will be held Thursday August 31st the first day of the SD State Fair.
