Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says the Senate won’t consider immigration reform during this session of Congress. He says it likely will be pushed off until January of 2017 at the earliest. South Dakota Dairy Producers President Marv Post of Volga says his industry needs a reform package to allow them to have a legal workforce available.
Post says a federal program is needed rather than piecemeal state regulations which aren’t working.

Post says his group has been working with Virginia Congressman Bob Goodlatte in hopes of finding some type of immigration reform program
