Huron Regional Medical Center hosted its tenth annual Cutest Baby Contest with a record total of 71 entries being submitted to HRMC’s Facebook page during the month of March. During the month of April, there were nearly 8,000 votes cast.
Receiving the most votes to earn the “2019 Cutest Baby” title was Paislee Jay, daughter of Kylee Abraham and Dirk Peterson. In her entry, Kylee wrote “Miss PJ has a contagious smile and the biggest blue eyes. She will steal your heart from the second you meet her!” As Cutest Baby, Paislee received an embroidered t-shirt and keepsake blanket, a $100 photo studio credit, a beach bag filled with $100 of games, toys and safety gear and an opportunity to star in an HRMC television commercial.
Receiving the next highest number of votes in the contest was Aurora Jane, daughter of Sierra Obermann and Jullian Hiles. In the entry, her parents wrote “She’s the cutest because of her pretty eyes and gorgeous hair! And she’s always happy and cuddly!” As Cutest Baby runner-up, Aurora received an embroidered keepsake blanket and a beach bag filled with $50 worth of toys and safety gear.
