The Beadle County Commission has approved a conditional use permit in Hartland Township.
Commissioner Tom Hansen says the application was filed by Cody Kinsley.
Hansen said there was no opposition to the application. The house is located about a mile north of Highway 14.
The commission also approved the resignation of two jailers at the Beadle County Jail and authorized the sheriff to advertise for the positions.
