Congress has once again passed a short term extension of the Medicare payment for doctors. With out it, doctors could see a cut of as much as twenty three percent in their reimbursements for Medicare patients. South Dakota Senator Tim Johnson say its been difficult to find agreement on a permanent funding source for the payments…
