Commissioners Approve Donation To People’s Transit

People’s Transit was looking for 40-thousand dollars from the city to try and help fill a 70-thousand dollar budget short fall. The group gets a regularly budgeted six-thousand dollars from Huron. People’s Transit is also looking at funds from Huron Regional Medical Center, Beadle County and has gotten 1500-dollars from an anonymous donor. Kludt says he will not endorse another large donation with out significant change…
