Robish spoke out against Rounds original plan to create a multi-generational home that would have connected the two structures along the lot line with a fire wall on the lot line delineating the two. Robish made the motion to approved Rounds revised request to build a single family dwelling six feet from the north property line, where building codes state a 10 foot side yard set back is required. The Huron City Commission approved all four variances by unanimous vote
