The ordinance also excludes the City of Huron and the State of South Dakota. Jim Sheffield who owns Mars Bar and Liquor and already has an outdoor beer garden in place thinks the ordinance should be all or nothing…

The original ordinance and Mayor’s ordinance will be combined into a new draft ordinance on beer gardens to go before the City Commission next week.
