As Borkowski hinted, the new north/south road would connect to 26th street to the south. The north end would start on the west side of the Little Dukes fuel pumps, then make a slight turn to the southeast and back to meet up with the straight portion of the road. Twenty-fourth street would then connect to the new north south road. When asked about a traffic control device at 22nd and Dakota Avenue, Borszich says there has been preliminary conversations about it as the area could see a higher volume of traffic. He also admitted that traffic in the area is likely to become congested as development takes place.
