Club Owner Arrested,Released On Rape Charges

The owner of a Huron dance hall is out of jail after posting a 10-thousand dollar bond, following his arrest on multiple charges including rape. 34-year-old Werner Haraldo Fajardo of Sioux Falls was arrested following an investigation by Huron police after, recieving a number of complaints about activities happening after hours, inside the El Cuervo Dance Hall and Bar on Dakota Avenue in Downtown Huron.  Court documents indicate, that after the bar was closed on October 30th, the victims, 12 and 14 year old girls, were picked up by Fajardo and brought to the bar, where he mixed drinks and served the girls alcohol until they passed out.  The victims say when they woke up, there were clear signs they had all been raped.  Public Information Officer Brandon Neitzert says Fajardo is facing five charges at this time…
