At Monday nights Huron City Commission meeting, city planner Barry Cranston spoke about an ordinance change from April regarding the conditional use permit for medicinal marijuana dispensaries in the city. Cranston outlines the change.
He said the ordinance change effects one of the permits awarded last year.
That permit was rescinded on a unanimous vote.
