Kaufman went on to explain details of the agreement to the Commission

The 4% Gross Subscriber Rate will help Midco recover costs associated with the expanded services they offer customers since the prior agreement and older ordinances were in place. There is no word from Midcontinent on if the changes will affect the rates customers pay for service.
