The Huron City Commission completed most of their work Monday night in less than nine-minutes. Commissioners held a public hearing on a special event alcohol license for the Heartland Pool and Dart Tournament on March 27th and 28th. No one appeared to give input on the request and Commissioners unanimously approved it. Wever added it’s similar to previous agreements to use the machine from Mitchell and Watertown. The Commission did meet in executive session for a personal matter after the completion of the main agenda items. Two Commissioners were absent. Bryan Smith was out on business and Gary Harrington on a vacation to Florida.
