The Huron City Commission meets tonight at the Huron Municipal Building. Commissioners will consider awarding five bids for various 2015 city infrastructure projects and more. The Commission will consider a supporting statement for an additional penny sales tax and a combined election agreement with the Huron School District for the city/school election on April 14th. The second reading of an ordinance revision on paid leaves of absence by city employee’s is tonight. Commissioners will also hear about plans to move forward with a nursing program at the Huron Community Campus. Announcements regarding the Martin Luther King holiday will be made as well. There are no scheduled executive or work sessions on tonight’s agenda. The Huron City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 P-M. The meeting is open to the public.
