The Huron City Commission meets tonight at the Huron Municipal Building. A public hearing will be held regarding two lease agreements with Celebrate Wesleyan Church for rooms at the Campus Center and Commissioners will consider a contract for a golf professional for 2015. A second public hearing is scheduled for tonight. This one is in regards to a resolution about the assessment roll for curb, gutter and pavement improvements for a portion of Minnesota Avenue. The Commission will consider changes to the tuition reimbursement policy based on information obtained during a work session last week and an update to the job description for the Central Park Manager job will be considered. That change according to documents in the Commission Agenda packet involves removal of the term “Fine Arts Center” There are no scheduled work sessions, however the Huron City Commission is planning on meeting in executive session for negotiations. The Huron City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 P-M. The meeting is open to the public.
