The Huron City Commission holds it’s regular weekly meeting tonight. Commissioners will consider an agreement with Creative Printing for marketing corrugated cardboard and a materials purchase agreement with Advance Recycling Systems for the city’s recycling product. The Commission also has for consideration request for proposals for engineering services for waste water treatment facility improvements and easement for a 15-inch storm sewer main and an application for abatement and or refund of property taxes on property at 423 Montana Avenue. Departmental items include two human resource items, review of a police department policy on patrol districts and authorizing the Mayor to sign a work quotation and authorization with Environmental Fabrics for repairs to a cover at the sewage lagoons. There are no scheduled work or executive sessions for the Huron City Commission who meet tonight at 5:30 PM at the Huron Municipal Building. The meeting is open to the public.
