A light agenda will greet the Huron City Commission for it’s regular weekly meeting tonight at the Huron Municipal Building. Commissioners will consider a change order for a manhole restoration project and a payment request for Splash Central. The Commission will consider a contract with Advance Recycling Systems and Fastenal Company. Commissioners will consider a request to apply for an automatic external defibrillator grant and consider recommendations to hire part-time seasonal park and recreation department employees. The Commission will also consider accepting a resignation from the park and recreation board and appointments to the Historic Preservation Board, Park and Rec. Board, Lake and Riverfront Development Committee and Community Improvement Committee. The Huron City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 PM and the meeting is open to the public.
