The Huron City Commission is meeting tonight at the Huron Municipal Building. The Commission is looking at a short agenda that includes an eight item consent agenda. Commissioners will consider an agreement regarding utilities at the Huron Event Center. The second reading of an ordinance that changes sewer rental fees and charges will be held. The Commission will also consider approval of a Certified Local Government grant application. Approval would authorize the City Planner to sign as the Project Manager and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certification regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility and voluntary exclusion. The Huron City Commission is scheduled to meet in a work session to discuss Building Inspections, Code Enforcement and School Resource Officers. There are no scheduled executive sessions. The Huron City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 PM. The meeting is open to the public.
