The Huron City Commission held a special session Tuesday to deal with a bid item. Big O originally won with bid with a price of nearly 404-thousand dollars. The city’s estimate of the project was 540-thousand dollars. The second best bid belonged to Wright and Sudlow Concrete Contractors of Aberdeen. They bid 597-thousand dollars. Two other bids came in at 599 and 614 thousand dollars.
