The Salvation Army’s Christmas Food Basket Program is half way through it’s annual run. The running total of pledges during the four-night program is now at 15-thousand 344 dollars. The third night of the program is this evening at 6:30 PM with performances by the Wolsey Community Chorus, followed by the First Presbyterian Church Choir, James River Bluegrass Band, the Riverview and First United Methodist Church Choirs and the Firm Foundation Praise Team to round out the night. You can catch the program in person at the Huron High School Auditorium with free admission. The Christmas Basket program will air tonight on 1210-AM KOKK. Proceeds raised during the program go toward supplying Christmas Food Baskets for less fortunate families in Beadle County and the surrounding areas. If you have previously made a pledge during the program, the Salvation Army reminds you to send you pledge to the Salvation Army, P-O Box 1362, Huron, South Dakota 57350.
