The winter storm caused a delay for the final day of the 2024 SD State Legislative session. Veto is Tuesday March 26, outgoing District 22 Representative Roger Chase said the final day will not have a veto to consider.
Chase said the legislature has provisions in place for a delayed final day.
The 99th SD State Legislative session met in Pierre on Tuesday March 26th to wrap up the session.
