Three weeks complete for the SD Legislative Session in Pierre as we get an update from district 22 representative Roger Chase.
A bill introduced in the senate has do with mandatory masking statewide for the Coronavirus. Chase doesn’t feel that will make it through.
Chase said he has introduced very little for legislation this year saying the state needs to concentrate more on people, business and spending the Cares Act funding in the right amount of time. He also said the Dakota Events Complex, the DEX, is stirring up a lot of talk.
