Chamber Seeks Public’s Input on Future of “World’s Largest Pheasant”

The Huron Chamber & Visitors Bureau is asking for public opinion regarding the future of The World’s Largest Pheasant.

With the lease on The World’s Largest Pheasant coming due October, 2020, the building being offered for sale and repairs required, some action needs to be taken.  Doug Pietz, the current Chairman of the Board, said that the Board did not feel that they should be making a decision without public input.

This survey is a way to get input from a broad base of residents.  The survey link was sent to all Huron Chamber & Visitor Bureau members, and we want to make sure others have a chance to be included, said Pietz.

To access the survey, go to www.huronsd.com website and click on the Pheasant Survey link.  The survey will be available through March 15th.
