75 head of cattle seized from a Spink County man in late June will be sold at auction by the state.
63 year old Rex Spear of Ashton didn’t appear for the hearing in Spink County court Monday.
Spear is charged with felony animal abuse and misdemeanor animal neglect. His next court appearance is scheduled for July 17th.
