Moore says he wanted to see Rose’s bond revoked out of concern for the safety of the community. The Splash Central Water Park is expected to open May 24. Rose will be restricted from the area around the city park/aquatic center area starting May 15th . Rose’s trial is set to begin July 23rd. A pre-trial hearing is set for May 13th.
