Monday night, business manager Kelly Christopherson presented the preliminary 2019-2020 budget to the Huron Board of Education.
Christopherson says the most significant change in expenditures was the increased budget for the music department.
Board President David Wheeler said it was important to boost that funding.
A budget hearing is scheduled for the first board meeting in June.
