Republican voters have chosen Dusty Johnson as their nominee for the US House seat being vacated by Kristi Noem.
While the race for the GOP nomination turned heated in recent weeks, his Democratic counterpart didn’t have a primary opponent.
Tim Bjorkman says he sees the upcoming campaign as an opportunity to have an issues-based discussion with Johnson.
Bjorkman says today education and health insurance are the greatest barriers to the middle class.
He is also concerned about how current economic policies will affect future generations.
Bjorkman, a Kimball native, is a former circuit court judge. He will be in Huron today for a Meet and Greet at Manolis Grocery from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
