Werner thanked Beadle County States Attorney Mike Moore for testifying in favor of the bill. Moore prosecuted M-G Oil Company of Rapid City and the 281 Travel Center in Wolsey for selling mis-labeled gas. Both pleaded no contest to the charges and were sentenced to fines and community service.
