Beadle County 4-H Achievement Days will wrap up today on the state fairgrounds. John Madison with SDSU Extension is the Beadle County 4-H advisor, and says there are good numbers participating again this year.
Madison says 4-H continues to expand so kids can find projects that match their interests.
4-Hers are looking for purple ribbons so they can advance their projects to the State Fair.
Madison says it takes a lot of volunteers to run Achievement Days and all the summer events.
Beadle County 4-H Achievement Days concludes with the annual barbecue tonight.
