Bar Owner Will Not Sell To Fajardo

A Sioux Falls bar owner says he will NOT consider selling his business to a Huron bar owner charged with raping girls and alcohol-related crimes involving minors.  2 Amigos owner Ferris Joseph says he has ended business talks with Werner Fajardo and there will be no further negotiations.  The 34-year-old is charged with the first and third degree rapes of three girls after giving them alcoholic drinks at the El Cuervo bar.  He faces additional charges for allegedly allowing minors in the establishment last weekend.  Fajardo lives in Sioux Falls and had applied for a permit to sell beer in that city.  The Permit Application indicated his intentions to take over operations of the 2 Amigos Bar.  Joseph says the talks were preliminary at best.
